Miss Patisserie Daisy Chain Bath Ball

When a lil package arrived on my doorstep from Miss Patisserie, I could not contain any excitement because I knew it contained some newer releases (you can view the unboxing here) This particular bath bomb caught my attention the most, I mean, look at how pretty it is?! I Just had to use this for my pamper session first and the results were pretty darn good!

Product description:
Our Bath Balls are tightly packed with ingredients that will cleanse and improve skin tone as well as providing an explosion of fizz in the bath. These Bath Balls aren't just fun, they also contain a variety of essential oils and butters that will provide therapeutic benefits as well as moisturise the skin.
Each one is lovingly hand pressed and decorated here in Wales so a lot of love goes into these beauties!
Use one Bath Ball per bath or to savour your product for longer simply cut the ball into smaller portions before use.
Each ball is approximately 190g each.
What says summer more than daisies and white dahlias in bloom.
This product will create a pretty pastel lilac foam that will cocoon your skin in a velvety lather leaving you fresh as a daisy!

This pastel lilac bath bomb is any girl's dream, this bath bomb is huge so you are definitely getting your money's worth. You can even choose to cut this bath bomb into smaller pieces but I chose to use all of it because my skin needed some TLC.
This frothed and melted away slowly, leaving a trail of soft scented bubbles. I thought that this would fizz away quickly but I like how this lasted long, some bath bombs disappear too quickly but this one lets you enjoy the 'show' so you won't be left feeling disappointed. I loved the flecks of blue and pink in the bath water since it was unexpected.
The scent is very fresh, and very appropriately named too! Since it does smell like daisies. It was very uplifting and the scent wasn't too overpowering.
The bath water turned into a calming pastel purple colour and this gave my skin an instant moisture boost. This bath bomb contained essential oils and butters so you can imagine how soft and hydrated your skin will feel. I honestly skipped applying body lotion because it really was not needed.
Since there wasn't any dark colours in this bath bomb, there wasn't any need to clean the bath tub, FISTPUMP!
All in all, a great and simple bath bomb with amazing skin benefitting ingredients. A must try!

Beauteque Mask Maven

This Review Features
.........................................................
Beauteque Mask Maven July 2015*

LOVE Korean beauty products? Then you've come to the right place because I am going to share with you a way to try out Korean skincare/make-up products that is also an interesting concept.
Beauteque is an online shop that sells everything from Asian make-up to skincare and not only this, they offer two monthly subscription boxes which lets you sample a range of brands. One is called Mask Maven which lets you sample of types of masks from different brands. Each subscription contains a assortment (9-11) of face sheet, feet, hand, wash off and hair masks! Which is great if you prefer skincare over make-up. The other subscription box is BB Bag which lets you sample make-up and skincare. Both are definitely worth trying if you are like me and you LOVE to try out Korean brands.

Product description
Mask Maven is loved by Asian beauty novices, experts and everyone in between! Each month, subscribers receive between 9 to 11 masks. The masks can range from sheet, wash off, foot, hand and hair—basically you name it and it’s going in a Mask Maven bag. We always provide the benefits of the masks, but occasionally some masks are selected by chance. Selecting some masks by chance ensures that each Mask Maven bag is unique and is a fun surprise every month.
The cutoff date to receive the current Mask Maven is the 10th of every month. So if you subscribe on the 11th of the month, you will receive next month’s Mask Maven bag.
There are a number of subscription lengths we offer at different price points. Month to month each bag costs $15 plus shipping, three month pre order each bag costs $15 plus shipping, six month pre order each bag costs $14 plus shipping and 12 months pre order each bag costs $14 plus shipping. Once you’ve subscribed you will be charged the subscription’s length full amount plus shipping. Each subscription auto renews at the end of the subscription length.

The masks come in a cute pink drawstring pouch and there is also a informative menu card included so it tells you a bit about each of the masks and how to use them.

Urban Doll Kiss Welcome To Korea Money Masks
These are so kawaii! When I saw them initially I thought that these were actual money notes! These masks are formulated to either cleanse, moisturise, revitalise and repair the skin. Every subscriber is sent 2 random masks.

Esfolio Milk Essence Sheet Mask
Another cute looking mask! The milk protein extract in this mask will help in keeping the skin moisturised, clean and will help the elasticity.

Medical Black Eye Anti Wrinkle Mask
This mask looks interesting! A skin benefitting eye mask (looks just like a cat woman mask) haha! This is said to revitalize the whole eye area thanks to marine collagen, phyto complex and peptides.

SNP Beijing Opera Brightening Mask
A personal favourite, I have already used this because I love skincare products that contain skin brightening ingredients. This one contained coconut water which immediately replenishes the skin with moisture. I really need to buy these in bulk!

AngelLooka Ultra Moisturising Foot Mask Pack
I've never tried a foot mask before so this will be exciting! This heats up upon application and removes dead skin cells! Say hello to renewed and moisturised feet with this mask!

Holika Holika Collagen Pomegranate Mask
I have heard alot about the Holika Holika brand and this one seems great for aging skin.

Tony Moly Avocado Nutrition Mask
This mask is huge and I love the packaging of this! I'll be using this for my next pamper sesh. This mask is said to deliver nutrients deep within the skin. The subtle fragrance and a thick cotton mask makes this a luxurious experience.

Esfolio Gold Mask
Containing colloidal gold, this sheet mask is great for alleviating stressed skin by adding elasticity and nutrition.

Overally I’m really impressed with Beauteque’s Mask Maven! At just under $2 per mask, it’s a great bargain! There are so many fun and interesting masks from some great brands! Money masks, gold mask, foot masks….I’m excited to use them all! If you love trying different masks at an affordable price then this subscription is for you!

I have been trying out many products and I am excited to share with you some lovely new releases! Now, if you are unsure of this company then let me add a quick run through.

Charlotte (the lovely owner of Miss Patisserie) uses nothing but natural ingredients and each product is lovingly handmade by the Miss Patisserie 'Chefs' It truly is amazing to see how Charlotte went from creating in her very own kitchen to becoming an owner of a popular brand. Her products are now stocked in over 200 stores in the UK! The products are also vegan, cruelty free and paraben free! Amazing or what?!
I had no idea what was in my parcel so it was twice the surprise. Here's a run down of each of the products:

Daisy Chain Bath Ball
Such a cute summery bath bomb! Makes me miss warmer days even more! This pastel pretty bath bomb smells and looks so good! The scent is literally as fresh as daisies and what I love about Bath Balls from Miss Patisserie is the fact that it contains pure essential oils that are good for the mind and body so it's like a hug in a tub!

Peony and Pear Body Butter
Say hello to softer skin with this amazingly thick but light in texture body butter. This smells exactly like it's name and it smells like summery fruit salad, crisp fresh pears. The scent is not overpowering but delicate and this is something I will definitely use after every shower. Body Butter from Miss Patisserie contain mango and shea butters as well as Vitamins A and E and Cherry Kernel Oil. Lots of skin lovin' ingredients and beautiful scents

Tonka Bean Body Oil
I personally love the look of this product! A oil that can be so easily used without any mess/spillages or wastage. This smells just like sweet vanilla cakes! This contains Rice Bran Oil and Jojoba Oil, both with great skin benefiting qualities. Another great addition to the Miss Patisserie family of products.

Milk and Honey Bath Melt
A stunning bath product, I don't think I would want to use this simply because it's just so pretty, haha! This smells so soothing and would be perfect before bed. It smells exactly like milk and honey and this also contains almond with added salts. This will nourish your skin thanks to the shea and cocoa butters.

Yet another great batch of products that boasts of great quality and care. I cannot wait to share some in depth reviews of each of the products, I think I'll use a bath product first since the weather is getting cooler and I kinda missed using bath bombs again!

I LOVE cozy and baggy knitwear and this pastel pink sweater is so adorable! I love the colour and the simplicity of the design. Perfect for autumn!

This top is so cute, another great casual option. I love the Chanel inspired writing on the front and the cut off sleeve details makes this so much more fun to wear than a basic tee.

These pastel blue heels are so dreamy! I can totally imagine myself wearing a pair with dark washed skinny jeans. Pastel suede heels are so pretty, I wish I had one in every colour!

A classic bag. Though it comes with a hefty price tag, this sure can finish any outfit off beautifully. I love how the gold hardware contrasts with the cream colour of the bag. Oh YSL! We salute you!

Wooden frame
I love photographs and I love them even more if they have a unique frame. This one can give any photo a vintage feel, I also love how golden frames can give your home a antique-like look. I definitely want to get a few to put around my home.

August Favourites

This month features
...............................................
PS Beauty Lip Balm
Primark Ear Slider/Cuff
Holika Holika Wonder Drawing Liquid Eyeliner*
Zara Black Peony Perfume
Alumine Brightening Eye Cream
American Candy

This month I have been lovin' alot of beauty products with a few lifestyle items thrown in. All of the make-up items featured here are all products that I now use on a daily basis and after so long, I found a liquid liner that actually helps me to achieve that perfect cat flick every time!

First up, the Primark (PS Beauty) lip balm, when I saw this in the beauty section I knew I had to pick this up without any thought. I love lip balms and the pink shade looked lovely. This has a pleasant vanilla scent and it gives my lips a cute pink tint that is quite buildable. I find myself reapplying this all day since I keep this on my bedside table. A lovely lil lip product to try out!

I have been loving the whole ear cuff/slider trend and when I saw this pearl/diamond ear cuff, I was literally heart eyes emoji. It's so eye-catching and it looks absolutely amazing on! Primark are really stepping up their game in the accessories department and I always without a fail, pick up a few pieces to incorporate into my daily looks.

I LOVE Korean brands and when I was sent this liquid liner by Holika Holika, I immediately tried it on and boy! Was it amazin' The brush is so thin which makes it harder to make a mistake, I remember one day, rushing my daily make-up routine and even though I quickly lined my eyes, it still looked descent enough to wear without erasing any mistakes. This also lasts incredibly well! I shall review this in more depth soon because it needs to be known!

Zara perfumes is something I have been loving lately, This particular scent is lovely for both day and night wear. I really want to try more scents since I didn't think I would like this one as much. I always keep this in my handbag. It's a beautiful floral scent that has a sensual side to it. The packaging is pretty and another product worth trying if you haven't already.

Alumine is a new brand that I have been introduced to and it really deserves a separate blog post. This eye cream has honestly worked wonders on my dark circles. It has become less prominent and since I have been using this for a few weeks, day and night, I really can see the difference. The best thing is that you don't even need to break the bank to try it.

Lastly American candy! After seeing a few instagram posts on some b&m hauls, I have been going often to purchase some few sweet treats. I have been LOVING Hershey's, cookie dough bites and m&ms the most. I just wish there was more variety because there are still so many candies that I want to try. But for now, this will do!
